This policy describes what Community Coliving ("we", "us") collects when you use Addi at addi.communitycoliving.com, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and sign-in credentials (handled by our authentication provider; we never see your password).
- Workspace content: the properties and addresses you analyze, the reports generated for them, your settings, team membership, and notes.
- Billing information: your plan, credit balance, and payment history. Card details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers.
- Usage information: how the product is used (pages, actions, errors), to keep it working and improve it.
How we use it
To run the service: generating your reports, operating your workspace, metering credits, billing, support, and product improvement. If you checked the updates box at sign-up, we also send occasional product updates and investing tips by email; you can opt out any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in those emails. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers who run parts of the product under contract with us: hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, and email delivery. Property reports are built using licensed real-estate data providers, who receive the property address being analyzed but not your identity. We disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
The service uses the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and secure. No third-party advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal information, except records we must keep (like billing history) for legal and accounting purposes.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to what operating the service requires, and payment credentials are held only by our payment processor.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
The service is for business use and not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will tell you through the service or by email before the change takes effect.
